hows everything going with your album? have you got a release date yet?

Martyn:
not sure ...no real word as yet on the album. The sooner the better, it's been done for nearly 9 months now...only thing is coz we've been touring the songs are getting better and better so prob worth re-recording some bits and pieces.....cameron craig's just done some mixes...I'm loving most of the guitar mixing he's done....I think we all gotta sit down and go over a few things re: the drums etc

sounds good...i agree it is always good to revisit stuff with new ears

nearly done now...have had so much fun doing it and have worked with some truly amazing musicians...cant wait to have it all completed...think you'll like it actually.
its quite bluesy...i noticed one of your tracks had a blues kinda feel to it

Martyn:
had a quick listen to your stuff on myspace... liking the laid back feel to it...Is that new stuff.  Yeah it's where everything comes from..the blues I mean......

Alex:
i know i just got a robbert johnson cd that dude is sik!

Martyn:
haven't listened to him for ages..Gonna have to get the old  cd's out

Alex:
and the old beat up guitars
i might try selling my soul to the devil like him. see if it helps my album sales

Martyn:
I reckon I already had a go at the soul selling....I recon you just have to run alongside.....

Alex:
we're already stuck in this merry-go-round and can't get off....maybe it's already happened
nah i think id get a good price for my soul.

how much???? 1million albums sold?

wheres your next gig at?

Martyn:
next shows in sunny guildford then bedford tomorrow and sat....few days off then going all over north england.

im supposed to be doing the old blue next week. they’re getting back to me on what day but its looking like wednesday...do u know the venue in shoreditch, old blue last that is

yeah, never played there tho. I't a cool place..let me know when....
